Michael Trask is a partner in the Tax Department.

He advises both corporate and private clients on a wide range of tax issues, including international taxation and the use of double taxation treaties, the use of international trusts for asset protection, the taxation of venture capital funds and offshore funds generally and on general domestic UK taxation matters for both companies and individuals. He sits on the Law Society's Sub-Committee on Income Tax and is a member of the Society of Tax and Estate Practitioners.

Qualified as a Barrister 1971 and solicitor 1983; a partner at SJ Berwin since 1986.
