Dominic Adams is a partner in the Tax Department.  He specialises in the tax aspects of corporate transactions, reconstructions, de-mergers and reorganisations; private equity funds, hedge funds, LLPs and incentive arrangements. The emphasis of his corporate tax practice is private equity transactions including buyouts, and strategic pre-transaction tax structuring, fund formation and related tax planning.  He was recently described in Legal Business as "central to building one of the very best private equity reputations in the City".

He works on all types of transactions which have recently included the acquisition and disposal of Center Parcs and the disposal of Pantheon Ventures to US buyer Frank Russell (for which the firm won "Deal Team of The Year" at the 2004 BVCA Awards).  He acts for private equity houses, management teams and investee companies.
