The division has 24 partners and around 80 associates, paralegals and trainees. With secretarial and other support, total staff in the division numbers around 140 people.

We were recently voted "Real Estate Team of the Year" in The Lawyer Awards 2004. We were also named "Property Team of the Year" in The Lawyer Awards 2000 and were shortlisted for "Property Team of the Year" in the Legal Business Awards 2002 and The Lawyer Awards 2002 and 2003.

Our Planning team was also shortlisted for "Planning Team of the Year" in the Legal Business Awards and is featured among the top 5 planning teams in the UK in the annual survey carried out by Planning magazine, with partners from the team ranked among the top five individuals in the country.
