Examples of recent transactional/fund work (typically secondary transactions): acting for various institutional investors in selling baskets of partnership interests over multiple jurisdictions, including AXA and various family offices. Jonathan was noted in Chambers & Partners as a leading corporate lawyer and recommended in Global Counsel as a specialist in fund formation.
