Franko Surjan joined the Employment & Pensions Group in July 2006 as an Australian Associate.  He has just fulfilled the academic requirements enabling him to be registered as an English solicitor.

Since joining the Group, he has advised in relation to pension aspects of various corporate transactions, provided advice in relation to the scheme documentation and advised in relation to age discrimination issues.

Franko completed a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) / Law in 2000 from The University of Sydney and was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia in October 2002.

Prior to joining SJ Berwin, Franko worked as a solicitor in the Corporate Advisory / Tax division of Henry Davis York in Sydney.
