Jeremy Schrire is a partner and heads the Commerce & Technology Group.
He specialises in commercial agreements and related intellectual property matters. He is particularly involved in the fields of agency, distribution, licensing, technology transfer, R&D, marketing and franchise arrangements, primarily with an international focus. He is also involved in all facets of commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights.
He is a regular speaker at conferences in these fields, both in the UK and abroad. Jeremy is listed as an expert in the "Legal Experts Guide" (Intellectual Property), and by Legal 500 (both for Commercial/Intellectual Property and Life Sciences) and is named as "a leading lawyer" by Global Counsel.
