The Media & Communications Group regularly advises on Internet, audio and television broadcasting, online sponsorship and advertising and the protection and exploitation of media rights online.

Our recent work includes advising in relation to the availability of Internet distribution rights and the regulatory regime in relation to Internet, radio and television broadcasts, ensuring film producers acquire all relevant rights in underlying content, including music, to exhibit their films over the Internet, drafting webcasting agreements for the online transmission of live performances and advising on the use of cookies and data protection.

We also have considerable experience in content licensing onto mobile platforms, from digital games to location-based services.
