Background
This seminar explores the hot topics in International Arbitration in 2008, including the use of third party funding in international arbitration; developments in interim remedies in aid of international arbitration; a discussion on recent High Court decisions in England and Wales, including Emmott v Wilson; and fraud in international arbitration. Speakers from SJ Berwin’s International Arbitration practice together with pre-eminent practitioners from Australia, Ukraine and the independent bar will provide an insight into topics currently on the top of the International Arbitrations agenda.
