Background:
Innovation is at the heart of the financial services sector.  This seminar will explore the different strategies that can be adopted to protect, exploit and enforce IP rights in financial products and services, helping to maximise revenue streams.  The seminar will also consider how best to manage the issues that can arise when taking security over IP rights.
