Nicola Kerr is a partner and head of the Employment Group.

She specialises in employment law and regularly lectures on employment law issues. She has wide experience in advising on the employment law aspects of major corporate transactions, and in relation to high value executive dismissals, team moves, board room disputes, drafting and strategic issues.
