He is specialised in corporate finance. Over the years he has developed his own professional experience in the field of banking and financial law, including the capital market sector and in the field of corporate law, including the real estate sector. During his professional career, he has regularly given legal advice and assistance concerning banking and financial law to banks, investment banks, brokers and other institutional bodies. In the capital market sector, in the capacity of consultant to banks and companies, he has worked on listing processes and the offer of shares of Italian companies on regulated markets in Italy and at the AIM of the London Stock Exchange. In the real estate sector he has been involved through brokers, private investors, asset management companies and investment trusts in project finance transactions, and in the purchase, restructuring, development and disposal of properties and commercial areas, including their funding.
