Emidio joined SJ Berwin in 2006. He previously worked for Studio of Prof. Fantozzi and Allen & Overy. He qualified as chartered Tax Advisor in year 2001, he completed his Master in Corporate Tax Law at Bocconi University and he took his LLM in International Taxation at the University of Leiden (cum laude).

Emidio specialises in the tax aspects of corporate tax, including private equity fund structures, carried interest schemes, corporate reorganisations. He also deals with tax issues related to financing and securitisation transactions.

He lectures in several courses on domestic and international taxation, including LLM at University of Leiden and tax course at University Carlo Cattaneo (LIUC) based in Castellanza. Emidio is member of the International Fiscal Association.
