Dr. Ulf Gibhardt is a lawyer in the Frankfurt office of SJ Berwin LLP. He advises national and international clients on tax and corporate aspects of mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations.

Ulf qualified as a German lawyer in 2002 and as a German certified tax adviser (Steuerberater) in 2005. He has a master degree in business economics (Diplom-Kaufmann). His Doctor of Laws (JSD) thesis addresses value added tax evasion in the European common market.

Before he joined SJ Berwin LLP in July 2005, Ulf worked in the tax department of the law firm Freshfields in Frankfurt.
