Dr. Andreas Söffing is a tax partner in the Frankfurt office. His specialty areas are Estate Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions and Reorganisations and in particular Legal and Tax Advice Family Offices.

Andreas qualified as a tax adviser in 1992. His academic background includes studies at the universities in Bamberg and Munich (Diplom-Kaufmann) and a position as an assistant professor at the University of Cologne.

Currently, Andreas is a lecturer at the Martin-Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg. He is credited with numerous publications on corporate and business tax law issues. Andreas joined what was then Goutier Knopf Tulloch & Partners, Frankfurt in 1994.
