Martin is an associate of SJ Berwin LLP. He specialises in banking and capital markets law. He studied Law at the University of Bonn, Germany, and at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. After his first law degree, Martin was an external fellow in the DFG-Graduate College "Law of Financial Services in the EMU" at the University of Bonn and worked for seven months in the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority. He spent four months of his legal training (Referendariat) in an investment management company (Kapitalanlagegsellschaft). Martin joined the firm in January 2005.
