Isabel advises both Spanish and international clients in the field of private equity and venture capital. She specialises in the structuring and establishment of funds (both domestic and international structures). She has also experience in general corporate work as well as banking and finance. Qualified 1991, before joining SJB in 1999, she worked for Banco Santander Central Hispano, both in Madrid and London.
