Svenja-Ariane Maucher is an associate in the Frankfurt Office of SJ Berwin LLP. She
is a member of the IP/IT/Commercial group and advises both German and international clients in all areas of intellectual property protection and information technology.

Svenja advises in trademark, copyright, design and competition law, as well as in data
protection law. Her practice includes contentious as well as non-contentious work.

Svenja studied Law at the University of Trier. Before passing her second state exam
in 2007, Svenja was a scientific assistant at the University of Trier. She joined
SJ Berwin in 2007.
