Dr. Hilger von Livonius is a partner in the Munich office of SJ Berwin LLP. He is specialised in banking and capital markets law. His main practice area includes banking, investment and insurance regulatory matters with a specific focus on the structuring of hedge fund products. Over the past years, he has advised several German and foreign banks, insurance companies and financial services providers on the structuring and marketing of financial products (including mutual funds and structured products) for German retail and institutional investors.
