Daniel advises UK and overseas clients from across the financial markets on UK regulatory and compliance issues.  His clients include investment advisers, asset managers, fund managers, insurance brokers and arrangers, and other participants in the financial markets.  He advises on the need for UK Financial Services Authority regulation (or, where possible, avoidance of regulation), compliance and notification requirements, regulatory capital issues and customer documentation.
