Vanessa is an associate in the Finance department, Structured Finance Division.

Her practice focuses on securitisation, structured products and repackaging structures.  She has experience of advising both arrangers and originators issuing stand-alone debt and debt under note structured programmes and of repacking hedge fund linked products into bonds.  She also advises lenders and originators setting up warehouses and alternative financing structures to finance the issue or purchase of receivables.
