Thomas is head of finance in Germany and is based in the Frankfurt office. Thomas' practice concentrates on bank-facing acquisition, corporate loans, real estate and project finance and other types of syndicated bank lending work. He has worked on highly complex structured finance transactions (including real estate finance) for some of the leading debt providers, also covering the borrower's side of the lending work.

In addition, Thomas business focus is on NPLs/distressed debt. Educated at the University of Hamburg, he holds a LL.M. degree from King’s College London. Thomas is a lecturer at the European Business School (EBS) and the Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
