Prabha Sasidharan is an associate in the Finance Department.  Prabha joined SJ Berwin LLP in 2005 having previously worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. 

Prabha advises financial institutions and other corporate clients on a wide range of domestic and multi-jurisdictional financing transactions including syndicated loans, acquisition financing, property financing and other forms of secured lending.
