Jeremy Cross is a partner in the Finance Department and acts for a variety of UK and international banks and financial institutions, as well as for managerial teams and venture capitalists.

As a result of his experience both in private practice and in-house, Jeremy has a particularly broad range of experience in the financial sector including particular expertise in the areas of bilateral and syndicated loans (both national and international); leveraged finance; property finance; film and asset financing; consumer banking and cards; bank acquisitions and joint ventures.

Jeremy is listed in the 2005 Chambers A Client's Guide to the UK Legal Profession as a leader in the field of Banking and Finance.
