Jen Yee Chan is a partner in the Finance Department.  Jen Yee studied at Queens' College, Cambridge University and joined SJ Berwin in 2002 having previously worked at Drew & Napier in Singapore.

Jen Yee acts for borrowers, banks and financial institutions in matters relating to property finance, funds finance and acquisition finance.  She also has substantial experience in syndicated bank lending and other forms of secured lending.

Highlights include acting for Pipex Communications plc in its acquisition of the Freedom to Surf group and Standard Chartered Bank in its syndicated facilities to Konkola Copper Mines plc and Bwana Mkubwa Mining Limited.
