Geoff Woolf is a partner in the Finance Department.

Geoff specialises in banking and insolvency and has wide experience of retail banking and consumer financial services.

His banking work includes secured and unsecured lending and debt restructuring, regulation and compliance; bank standard forms and procedures; and financial services.

He is recognised by Chambers Legal Directory and by Legal Experts as a major player in banking and insolvency law.

He also practices in the area of partnership law and in particular advising one of the largest firms of accountants on their constitutional documents and partnership issues.
