Daniel Webster is an associate in the Finance department. Daniel studied at The University of Leeds and joined SJ Berwin in 2005 having previously worked at Allen & Overy LLP. Daniel specialises in the advising of investment banks, private equity providers and company directors on the financing of both domestic and multi-jurisdictional corporate acquisitions, including MBOs and public to private takeovers, and also has substantial experience in the fields of syndicated loans, property financing, financial restructuring and other forms of secured lending.
