Fiona Beattie is an associate in the firm's EU & Competition Department, specialising in EU and UK competition law.

Fiona has worked in both Scotland and Brussels and more recently spent time both on secondment and as an in-house lawyer in the financial services sector. Fiona has particular experience in advising clients on all aspects of market studies and investigations under UK and EU law.

Fiona also has significant experience in advising both the public and private sector on all aspects of public procurement and state aid, including the general application of state aid and procurement rules, the structuring of the tender process and grounds of challenge.

Fiona qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and has a First Class Honours in Commercial Law & Taxation from the University of Glasgow.
