Ufondu joined SJ Berwin in April 2006, having worked as an in-house employment
lawyer for approximately 8 years. He previously worked at the global
telecommunications company Cable and Wireless Plc for 5 years as senior legal
counsel with responsibility for all employment law matters. Prior to that he worked
for United Biscuits.

He currently advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious
employment advice and has a particular interest in the practical application of the
TUPE regulations.

Ufondu holds a Masters in European Union Law (Employment) and was called to
the Bar of England and Wales in 1995.
