Holger Thomas is a partner in the Frankfurt office and heads the German Employment Group.

He has wide experience in advising on employment law aspects of major corporate transactions, and in relation to redundancies, negotiations with unions and works councils as well as strategic issues.

Holger frequently lectures on subjects relating to employment law and alternative dispute resolutions.

Before joining SJ Berwin he worked for a German airline as an in-house lawyer and as a lawyer for another major law firm for six years.

Holger is admitted as a Certified Specialist in Employment Law, as a certified Mediator and to all German Courts of Appeal.
