Sarah Hodge is a trainee trade mark agent and has worked at SJ Berwin LLP since April 2001. She has over twelve years experience as a trade mark paralegal working with a number of high profile clients. She has passed the foundation papers of the ITMA examinations and is currently studying for the advanced papers.

Sarah advises on trade marks and designs including the clearance of new trade marks, prosecution of UK, overseas and Community trade mark applications, the recordal of trade mark assignments and filing and prosecution of UK and Community designs.

Sarah is a member of ITMA.
