Harris Bor is an Associate (Barrister) in the Commercial Litigation Department. He has over six years post-qualification experience (first as a solicitor-advocate and then barrister) in complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, international investigations, and mediation.
He has acted for and advised banks, international corporations, public bodies, investment funds, and individuals on disputes covering numerous aspects of company and commercial law, professional negligence, fraud, insurance, competition law, and employment. Harris' arbitration experience has included contractual and investor/state disputes under UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, Swedish Chamber of Commerce, and ICSID rules. He has also appeared as an advocate before county courts, the High Court, and various other tribunals.
Harris has a BA from University College London, a PhD from Cambridge University, and an LLM in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary & Westfield College. He has been a teaching assistant at Harvard University and a visiting fellow at University College London.
