Tim Barnett is an Associate in the Corporate Finance Department.  Tim studied at Durham University, qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined SJ Berwin in March 2000.

Tim deals with all aspects of corporate finance M&A work, both public and private, including company and business acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers, fundraisings and IPOs, joint ventures and reorganisations.  Tim's work covers both domestic and international matters across a variety of sectors, with a focus on property, resources and technology companies.
