Paul qualified into the Commerce & Technology Group in 2003 having completed his training contract at SJ Berwin.

Paul graduated from York University with a 2:1 degree in Economics and Economic and Social History.  He undertook his legal studies with the College of Law, who awarded him a distinction on their Legal Practice Course.  He also completed Bristol University’s post-graduate Intellectual Property law Diploma in 2005.

 Paul works on a variety of commercial agreements and intellectual property matters for clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

Paul is particularly involved in drafting and advising on general commercial and contract law, including sponsorship agreements, agency and distribution agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements, software agreements, website terms and conditions, privacy policies and issues of data protection.
