Patrick Casey joined the SJ Berwin Commerce and Technology Group in August 2004. Prior to that, Patrick practised in the Intellectual Property department at Simpson Grierson, Auckland, New Zealand for over 4 years.

Patrick specialises in advising on and drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including licensing, distribution, agency, supply and services agreements across a wide range of industry sectors. He is also involved in all facets of commercial transfer and exploitation of intellectual property rights including as part of domestic and international acquisitions and disposals and joint venture arrangements.
