Corrine Campbell joined SJ Berwin LLP in 2004 and is an associate in the Corporate Finance Department.  Corrine previously worked for a leading Australian law firm as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department, including a seven month client secondment to PCCW Limited in Hong Kong in 2002.

Corrine has extensive experience of private and public company M&A activity, within the UK and on cross border transactions, leveraged buy-outs, equity capital markets fund-raising activity, and the establishment of joint ventures.  Recent transactions include advising Lion Capital LLP on its £100 million acquisition of La Senza Ltd, acting for the EW Scripps Company (a company listed on the NYSE) on its acquisition of uSwitch Ltd for £210 million and advising the founder-shareholders of Capitol Films Ltd on the sale of their independent films business to a US media entrepreneur.

Corrine graduated with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Sydney in 2000.
