Bola completed her professional qualifications in Nigeria before qualifying in England and Wales in 2006.

Bola acts for property investment and major development companies.

Bola's experience includes drafting and negotiating amendments to construction industry standard form contracts, appointments, warranties and third party rights.  Bola  also advises clients in relation to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

Bola regularly advises on the construction aspects of agreements for lease, development agreements and agreements for sale.
