Sandra Standhaft is an associate in the Frankfurt office of SJ Berwin LLP.

Sandra predominantly advises German and international clients on various types
of corporate law and corporate transactions including private equity, buy-outs and
other M&A transactions.

Prior to joining SJ Berwin in 2005, Sandra worked for the corporate department of
a law firm in Hamburg as well as for the legal department of a Frankfurt Bank.
Sandra studied law at the Philipps University of Marburg and holds an LL.M.
degree from the College of William & Mary (Marshall Wythe School of Law), VA,
USA.
