Markus Hill re-joined SJ Berwin in 2002 and is partner in the firm's Tax Department in Frankfurt. Markus specialises in all areas of national and international M&A transactions. He has a wide experience in private equity transactions and also advises on corporate M&A, reorganisations (merger, demerger, holding structures), real estate transactions and financing structures.

Markus studied economics (tax) at the University of Aachen and graduated in 1994. He became a certified tax adviser (Steuerberater) in 1998.

Prior to re-joining SJ Berwin, Markus worked for Deloitte & Touche in the M&A Tax Department.
