Dr. Julian Lemor joined SJ Berwin in 2007 and is partner in the firm's Corporate Department in Frankfurt. Julian specializes in international mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and private equity transactions. He has an excellent transactional experience and market background. As a notarial administrator and deputy civil law notary, he is also experienced in the formation, merger and reorganization of companies, as well as in handling complex real estate transactions.

Julian studied at the Universities of Paris II (Assas), Münster and Saarbrücken and graduated from the University of Frankfurt/Main, First State Exam, 1995 (J.D.). He completed a clerkship at the District Court of Hanau and received the Second State Exam in 1998. In 2003, he received a Doctor rer. publ. (political science and history) from the University of Public Sciences Speyer.

Prior to joining SJ Berwin, Julian worked for several leading international law firms.
