Dr. Frank Wilbert is an associate in our Munich office. He specialises in banking and capital markets law.

He graduated from the University of Bonn, Germany. After his first law degree, Frank worked as a research associate at the professorship for German and European Civil Law, IPR and Comparative Law at the University of Bonn and obtained a doctorate. After spending six months of his legal training (Referendariat) with SJ Berwin, he was admitted to the German bar and joined the firm in February 2008.
