Christopher Maierhöfer joined SJ Berwin in 2007. As an associate of the IP/IT/Commercial Group, he has an emphasis on copyrights, patents, unfair competition and data protection law. Christopher regularly advises in drafting license and R&D cooperation agreements and has a special focus on all legal aspects related to employees' inventions.
 
Christopher studied law at Regensburg, Verona and Munich. He wrote his PhD thesis on the relationship of different legal regimes on design protection. He took his second state exam in Hamburg in 2007.
 
Christopher is fluent in English and Italian. He is an active member of the German Association for Intellectual Property (GRUR).
