Christian Schatz is a partner and certified tax adviser (Steuerberater) in the Munich office. He specialises in tax with a particular focus on fund formation and M&A transactions (buy-out, venture capital, reorganizations). In addition, he advises on the tax-efficient structuring of private wealth and estate planning issues. Christian joined SJ Berwin in 2001.
