Christian has experience in all types of corporate finance, private equity and M&A work and advises clients in all aspects of corporate law and corporate finance transactions, in particular public M&A and capital market transactions. He is also frequently consulted by management boards, supervisory board and members of such boards, in particular in the context of transactions.

Christian is a partner in the corporate department. He earned a ph.D. in corporate law from Heidelberg University and has inter alia studied in the US and UK. He first joined Berwin in 1998, prior to this he worked for a major bank.
