Birgit joined SJ Berwin in 2007 and is attorney at law in the firm’s Corporate Department in Frankfurt. Birgit specializes in international mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, private equity and real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate law transactions and complex transaction management.

Birgit studied at the Universities of Bayreuth and Frankfurt/Main and graduated from the University of Frankfurt/Main, First State Exam, 2001. She completed a clerkship at the District Court of Frankfurt/Main and received the Second State Exam in 2003.
Prior to joining SJ Berwin, Birgit worked for several leading international law firms.
