Benjamin is an attorney at law in the Frankfurt office of SJ Berwin LLP. He is a member of the Finance Group and specialises in all kinds of banking and finance work.

He acts for both lenders and borrowers, where he advises on project finance, financial restructuring, real estate finance and private equity related LBO transactions, including cross border M&A transactions.

Benjamin studied law in Bonn, Speyer and Sydney (where he obtained his Master of Laws degree) before being admitted to the German Bar in 2005. He is a member of Deutsch-Australische Juristenvereinigung (German Australian Lawyers Association).
