Andreas is a lawyer in the SJ Berwin LLP Frankfurt Office, admitted to bar in Frankfurt. He dealt with a wide range of banking regulatory issues, particularly in licensing projects and advisory services in the credit card industry. Further Andreas advised in regulatory issues of cross-border M & A and restructuring transactions. His publication list covers commentaries on the mentioned issues, in particular in connection with the acquisition proceedings of German Banks. Prior to working with SJ Berwin, Andreas held the position of a Manager in one of the Big Four audit firms in the Tax and Legal Department. He studied law at the University of Mannheim.

In addition to his native language German Andreas is fluent in English and Polish.
