Rachael Whitaker is an associate in the Reconstruction and Insolvency department at SJ Berwin LLP.  Rachael studied English and French Law at Kings College London and the Université de Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne), graduating in 2000.

Rachael joined SJ Berwin in June 2005 and deals with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious reconstruction and insolvency work, advising companies, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and individuals.  She also has experience in asset based lending and receivables financing
