Katheryn has a Geography degree having studied at the University of Birmingham.

Katheryn undertook her professional qualifications at the College of Law in Store
Street, London, commencing her training contract in September 2000 with
Simmons & Simmons. After qualifying in September 2002. Katheryn joined
Beachroft Wansbroughs in London, and joined SJ Berwin in October 2004.

Katheryn deals with all aspects of commercial property work (e.g. retail, office
and/or industrial properties) including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and prelettings.
She advises both landlords and Tenants in connection with all aspects of
Landlord and Tenant work and also advises investors, developers, landlords and
tenants. Katheryn has acted for both sellers and purchasers in connection
investment portfolio acquisitions and disposals and has advised developer clients
in relation to large scale development projects.
