Jörg joined SJ Berwin in 2001 and became a partner in 2006. His specialities are private equity transactions, in particular Management Buy Outs and M&A deals including cross border and capital market related transactions, as well as general corporate work. Jörg also advises on litigation matters in the aforementioned areas.

Jörg studied at the University of Marburg. Prior to joining SJ Berwin he worked as an assistant professor at the Technical University of Chemnitz.
