Cindy is an associate in the Private Equity Funds Group of the Corporate Finance Department. Cindy qualified and worked as an associate at Bowman Gilfillan in Johannesburg and joined the Private Equity Funds Group at SJ Berwin in November 2006.

Cindy deals with private equity aspects of corporate finance M&A work, including private equity investment fund structuring, fund raising, co-investment arrangements and management buyouts.

Cindy advises both private equity houses and investors.
